16 - 17-year-olds, may request an adult to handle the commission for you. They must make payments.

I require a 30% nonrefundable deposit before I start. This secures the place in the queue, and the material cost.

The customer will not receive any of their commission, until the full amount has been paid for.

Payments are to be made via Paypal, Venmo, or cash app.

Full payment is preferred after the commission is completed, but you may also pay in full or with a payment plan.

There are no deadlines, but if we both agree to a reasonable deadline it can be done.

Please don't commission me if you don't have the budget or cannot complete payment later on.

For a quote you must have a character reference sheet or be able to provide images of the character. (Please specify what you want added and done)

Asking for a quote does not mean you are expected to commission me, if you decide not to and change your mind please do not feel guilty it's not a problem.

As for my business I am looking to work more stylistically on snarly, gross, or creepy characters. That is my biggest preference but I can do cute and cuddly characters.

Once confirmed and the down payment is paid you will be added to my trello queue board. (Link to my trello will be on this website or in my carrd link)

Once added you can see a checklist under your card, from there you can see what i've been working on, what needs to be done, and what has been completed.

Each card will be in a specific list.

Queue: You'll be able to see where your place in my queue is. I will be working from who's contacted me first to last. please note this is a line and you commission wont be work on until your next.

next in line: You'll be able to see who is next to be worked on.

Working on: You'll be able to see who I'm currently working on and checklists.

Finished: You'll be able to see who has been completed and is ready to be shipped out.

I ship in USA and internationally.

Once the costume / item has been completed, I will send a price for the postage.

Costumer must pay shipping.

I will never send a commission without it being tracked.

I will provide the customer with proof of postage and a tracking number.

The customer is responsible for sending me the correct delivery address.

I will send regular updates, If and when I have them.

I will treat my customers as my customer, address them with respect and professionalism. Please grant me politeness in return.

I reserve the right to terminate the commission based on the customer's behavior. If I no longer feel comfortable working with the customer, I may terminate the commission and refund the amount owed. (Amount does not include the deposit and will vary depending on the suits completion.)

Communication can be via any platform. Preferably Instagram or twitter. You are free to message me whenever, I will respond as soon as possible given.

I may not update you every day, but you will be updated at each stage of the making, I will send videos, pictures, and descriptions of your commission. You are welcome to ask for an update if you haven’t heard from me and are curious on my progress.

I will always ask if something is right before continuing, to make sure it's what you want. Don't be afraid to tell me something's off or correct me I'm happy to fix it.

The refund depends on how far along I am.

If buyer cancels when I am close to finishing I will redesign the character and sell it.

I will refund if something has come up in my life and I can no longer continue.

I can NOT refund the 30% down payment.

Do not submerge! my suits come with dry brushing in curtain spots, full socking it may led it to fade or bleed.

Brush any dirt off you see beforehand.

Mask off teeth and eyes, these areas have the most dry brushing.

You can use a carpet cleaner or a damp towel.

Using a damp towel in room temp. Or cold water with soap/detergent to wash, and using cold water to rinse.

Be careful around the eyes, mouth, and dry brushed areas.

NEVER use hot water

NEVER use fabric softener

You can fully submerge your paws in a sink, tub, or washing machine.

Brush any dirt off you see beforehand.

Use detergent soap, do NOT use any softener.

If you are to machine wash, I recommend putting them in a pillowcase or laundry bag.

Do NOT use HOT water, use cold or room temperature water.

Hang or place your parts out to dry.

Do NOT use any sort of heat to dry, you may use a fan to help dry.

Brush them out directly after washing and repeat while they're drying

I recommend not putting anything in a machine dryer, if you do ONLY put small parts in a pillowcase and use the LOWEST heat setting or no heat at all.

Don't use any dryer sheets.
